i belive yu are missing teh point of alias and cubik being on seperate nights, having seperate stipulations to discount.

If you're on the list for Alias and you actually come to Alias, you are automatically put on the list for Cübik for that week. :shrug:

according to this week's email: John B and Aphrodite are playing the main room on 1/2

Personally, I'm thinking two nights w/in a month of DnB in the main room doesn't make me a happy camper... but then again... John B is drum n bass I actually like...

and for that matter, I've always wanted to ask this... does anyone else see it as odd that a person who goes by the name "Aphrodite" is a guy????

I am psyched about this. The DC/Balt area has a huge DnB following, and I always that it was backwards to restricted it to just the front room. I hope that this is a sign that DnB will be getting main room time a little more regularly in the future.
