I dont know if any of you have seen Missy Elliott's new music video "Pass the Dutch", but I must say that's it's one of the best videos I have peeped in awhile! It has all of these hidden meanings, and it goes from one thing to the next in a matter of seconds. It's really interesting...if you havent seen it you should definently check it out. be e/z now..

wow, something new is learned everyday. It is a cover, the original is called "Pass the kutchie" by the mighty diamonds.

I first consulted kazaa and it told me there was a version by bob marley but that proved to be false. There was also a version by Buck-o-nine but I only mention it as a sidebar issue. So I went to CDnow but it's so infuriating to search for anything there i gave up almost immedatly. I then hit up allmusic.com and they said there was a song called "pass the kutchie" by the mighty diamonds. I again consulted the evil kazaa and there it was. I grabbed it and it is in fact real. I can't speak as to when it was made, but I'm assuming it was the original. It has words that are very similar. It on a compolitation called "big blunts" so one could also assume that it is about drugs. The internet is cool......:thumbsup:

Random thoughts: Why is it passed on the left hand side. If most people are right handed and hold it in their right hand it seems like passing it to the right would make more sense. But then, with the use of "heavier artillery" you generally hold the lighter in the right hand and the device in the left so then a left hand pass would make sense. Perhaps I'm over analyzing it.......
