I'm going to be in the area for New Years weekend. Wondering if anyone knows the Buzz line-ups for Jan 1, 2 and 3?

thanks

Buzz or "Cubik" is only on Fridays (that would be Jan. 2.) I've heard Velvet has Dec. 31 booked. ALIAS (drum and bass) is on Thursdays, Jan 1. I don't think we've been informed yet of the lineups for Jan. It sounds like a lot of people are either going to NY or a house party. But, it's still too soon to tell. This doesn't really help, but I tried.:sadblue:

I honestly haven't heard much about clubs having NY's parties yet. I think there's something going on at Sonar :gotme: I usually go to a house party or have one. I don't care what I do really or where I go as long as I'm with the people I love. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are my main holiday's where I try to spend them with friends. We're hitting up A New Beginning in Queens this year it's going to crazy fun.

Mark Forrest is also spinning that night :raveon: or so his girlfriend (who is also my best friend) tells me. So uhh yeah...he'll be there too.

I heard last year Sonar for NYE was hell because it was so packed. Too bad nothing seems to be going on in DC  I'm closer to Baltimore but I don't like going there. Go figure :gotme:

:werd: and that way you don't have to drive home or wherever as you would after a club. Much safer and lots of fun. Drunk drivers on NY's are SCARY... fourth of July too. I've seen people drive like idiots and it freaks me out.

:raveon: Oh, and having a New Year's party is where it's at. You're at home so you don't have to drive anywhere and you can get as drunk as you want then crash out in your own bed.

Sigh. NYE is my birthday, and it seems like nothing is really going on. Not sure if I'm trying to spend it in B'more again. I'm too hyper to sit at someone's house too. Decisions decisions.
