Well I met Danny on Saturday at Arc. I asked him if he is going to Glow and he said that nothing is confirmed. I told him about Glow, told him Buzz is back @ Nation. He said he would talk to his booking guy.

Yeah Howells was doing a pretty good job at propping Buzz up while it was at Trust....I'd like to see him back at Nation....I'm ready for those funky rich beats!
I don't think Howells would like spinning at Glow. I think the crowd there would not be to his liking. I also wonder if they'd like the stuff that he plays. Don't they prefer trance for the most part? Anyway I hope if he comes around it's not there because I don't think I could bring myself to go there even for one of my favorites.

Howells is playing mostly hard shit now... Tech House, Hard House, and Techno... the last 2 times I saw him... i.e. Saturday, and in July, he played it hard from start to finish... you guys should have heard his bootleg remake of that beastie boyz track... the one where the video was like a Godzilla movie... holy shit that was off the rail...

Howell's at Cübik would be intense for sure. Glow would really be a sad waste of a night for a performer of his calibre.

oh btw... Howells@ Arc 12/27 since I know a lot of you won't be working... might be worth a trip up... Sander K is spinning on NYE and free champagne is being administered liberally as quoted from the manager of Arc!

I didn't know he played at Tronic.. damn... must have kicked arse.
He played Tronic at the end of last year, the monday before spinning at the Buzzlife party at Trust last December (when he spun a whole CD set cuz the airline lost his records). He played a shitload of techno at Trust that night. It was good.

I've been told he spins a lot at ARC in NYC and I'm about to go there for a Danny Howells fix. Actually I'm pretty sure he was there last Saturday but I chose to go to BBB at Cubik instead. Plus I wasn't in the mood for a road trip.
But next time I see him anywhere within 3 hours of here I'm going :raveon: Who's with me!?!? :wink:

DAMMITT!!! I'll be in Massachusetts. And the 26th is my friend's 21st birthday so I doubt she'll be in any condition to make a road trip to NYC that day. That is, if we get her drunk off her ass as we should be doin :wink:
