lost & found

i would like to know if there is a lost and found situation w/ Buzz? My girlfriend lost her license the weekend of Halloween, her name is Kirsten Hopkins and she is from PA. the Same night i lost a green bracelet w/ the word diggers inscribed into it and it had 2 photon lights atttached.......any word on where i'd find where these are?
