This is pretty astounding. Though I think that there are some problems with it...i'm not too sure...But regardless, his timing was extraordinary...

That's the same thing I said....
The only two problems I see with it is the double fireball shooting. You need a turbo controller or something to pull that off. The regular NES controllers were..well..analog, and you couldn't get that....
Secondly, was the quick filling of the P bar. I've played some of those dungeons numerous times, and getting the P bar filled as fast as he did, I don't think is very possible....otherwise...
DAMN!

I think I was the last person I knew to get a nintendo, had to get it myself too. luckily I had friends that had them :)
I still cant keep up with all the systems. They become obsolete too fast.

My parents had an Atari 2600 right when they first came out. They actually played it more than me.
I used to be able to beat Megaman 2 in exactly 28 min.

My best friend is currently working on the world record for SMB on his NES... One of our other friends started talking trash about how good she is at that game.. He figured winning the world record would shut her up. :D

:sok: My mom thought that buying a $1400 sewing machine that my sister would break withing a month was more important than buying a computer. Thanks mom--the ability for my sister to monogram her towels at the touch of a button was waaaaay more important! :glcaroline:

there WERE turbo controllers available for NES.
but anyway, i dont think this was played on an NES. it looked (and more sounded) like a ROM on a PC.
either way, that guy has been practicing that shit for years. and while its crazy, i cant help but wonder how fucking dumb it is.
