Ticketmaster says no tickets are left available for Oakenfold. Does that mean the event is sold out, like none will be sold at the door?

HAHA. Sorry, ambiguous subject line.
I knew this show would be a big one, but I didn't expect it to sell out this quick. groovetickets.com still has tickets available, but didn't someone say those weren't real, that we had to have ticketmaster ones?

seriously tho, if i didnt have to work and if i had the money i'd consider going. if he spins good music then it shouldnt matter his current publicity status...oh well.

I just bought tickets at Ticketmaster.com :rl: and they're still for sale. Except I ended paying about $7.50 in extra fees PER ticket. 2 tickets will run you about $55.00, which guarantee's you entry. Every time Oakey came to Nation, I've went. He's sold out on each event. I'd buy asap if you want to go.

fuck tickebastard
I checked them 2 weeks ago and it said they couldnt find any tickets for the event, despite it being listed on their site and lisTEd as "on sale"...they are just screwy shits, plus all their ghey service/convenience/handling/prick charges end up making you pay about $20 more than you expected
Groovetickets.com is great, Ive ordered tickets from them tons of times and never had problems, and their sercive fee is only $2.45 or something, never anything more.
competition and diversity are good! keep the competitors alive, otherwise prices will skyrocket more than they already have

OAKENFOLD TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD OUT. (yet)
you can get them online HERE (http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1500375DDB38B55C?brand=&artistid=806648&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=201)
as far as i can tell the first 500 have sold - so they are now going for $20. we have been telling everyone from the beginning that these tickets would go fast, and that you can get them at the Nation box office with no service charge.
so yes - tickets are still available, but i really suggest getting them soon.

Errosion
2003-11-18, 04:35 PM
You go up to the ticket window...say "I'm so and so, and I ordered tickets to be held at the willcall window." and then they give you tickets, or you pay, and then they give you the tickets.
johntab
2003-11-18, 04:54 PM
just make sure you have an ID with you that matches the name of the person who bought the ticket.
Errosion
2003-11-18, 05:02 PM
Opps. Forgot about that. And if I recall, if you don't pay for them, just hold them on a credit card, then they will request the same credit card be used as well...
