First of all, Superman has died before. Which was stated in a previous post.
Hulk has never died. He cannot, and will not ever be beaten.
Superman's powers are useless against the Hulk. Lasers from his eyes, cold breath, whatever. It would only make the Hulk bigger and stronger.

judging by the fact that dc made superman out (at least originally) to be completely invincible and i can't recall reading or seeing anything about any feat of strength that superman could not accomplish, i would have to say superman would be the stronger of the two. marvel comics tend to be a little more based in reality, and their heros have more faults. therefore it would not be unusual to see a character like the hulk not be able to lift something at some point in time. you'd never see that with superman.

Mutants are immune to STDs. That has been brought up in the past year. Hulk's powers also come with a healing factor, so the STDs wouldn't effect him. Ask a silly question, get a serious answer.

Well, he's not the only one. Archangel developed a secondary mutation, whereby his blood is able to heal people. The difference between Warren and Logan is Warren just needs to bleed on someone and they will start healing. Logan actually needs to give a transfusion.

It's a shame the Superman didn't think of that when he got his ass handed to him by Doomsday. Flying The Hulk into space would pretty much be Superman's only real way of winning. A big problem would be that Supes would be too concerned with public safety to concentrate on the Hulk. Hulk really doesn't care who gets hurt around him.
