My choices would have to be from the following three:

Chopin
Pearl <-----------Canadian vodka
Belvedere

All of the above are very smooth and pleasing to the palate.
Also, they'll get you fucked up with the quickness.

I heard this when I was in bartending school. Supposedly, it won't give you a hangover, or will give you less of one, because it has been distilled so many times that most of the impurities have been removed that contribute to hangovers. I personally don't like Skyy at all.

the only two ultra-prem vodkas are belvedere and chopin, the rest are the lower of the high class vodka, also there is a new one out made 100% from grapes, i have not had it yet, but its the wine drinkers vodka from what ive read about it
