Buzzboard Membership Rules - UPDATED for Cübik [Archive]

Please note the following changes:
**The membership confirmation email will be sent out on Thursdays at 5pm.
**You MUST print out your email and bring it with you to the box office.

Buzzlife continues its FREE membership discount policy. Buzzlife messageboard members who post 10 or more times each week (thru 5 pm each Thursday) will receive discounted admission on Friday nights (or special events) at Cübik at Nation in DC. Members most weeks will only pay $10 instead of $15.

To be eligible, you need to sign up for the Buzzlife messageboard. Ten or more posts each week (that’s only 2 posts per day, Monday - Friday) automatically will place you on the Buzzlife membership guest list. If you don’t post at least 10 times by the end of each week, then you won’t receive the discount.

The membership must be renewed each week with a minimum of 10 posts to the Buzzlife messageboard . At 5 p.m. each Thursday we will send you a confirmation email, so that you can be certain you’ll be on the reduced list. SAVE AND PRINT THIS EMAIL. You will need to bring it to the club with you. You can also verify your post count for the week with this link: [http://www.buzzlife.com/index.php?pg=memberlist]

Please review the confirmation email sent to you. Make sure the name on the email matches your name on your ID. If the names don’t match, the $5 discount will not be valid. Your screen name, "Frenchkittygurl" on your confirmation email, most likely will not appear on your ID. If necessary, update your profile on the messageboard and insert your full name as it appears on your ID. This should solve any problems that the box office has finding your name.

Post counts are not transferable from one week to another. Posts cannot be copied and repeated to fulfill the requirement. Our moderators will monitor this.

How to join? Really easy. Just create a sign-on/screen-name to the Buzzlife messageboard and start posting. We want this opportunity to be accessible to everyone, which is why we’re not charging for memberships. It’s based on involvement not investment.

I was however curious about VIP areas, there never were so I hope there aren't this time. As for parking, I got me a special spot. i've made friends with the guy at the gas station on M and s. capitol st., and he lets me park there because we buy a lot of cigarettes and gatorade (maybe it helps if i smile real nice since its not always the same guy).

Not exciting in the beginning? Snow is like a relationship based on sex (we've all had 'em).....it's so much fun in the beginning, but then it gets real old and you just want to move on, but youasked the bitch to move in with you and now she tries to take over your space so you have no choice other than to call her sister and say "you've got to get her out of here today" and then she does, but you notice that she looks pretty good herself so you ask her out and of course she wants to but then that causes problems and uncomfortableness when you visit her mother and your ex is sitting right there staring at you with those piercing eyes and all you really want to do is say "that was my Icey mix you took while I was at work bitch- give it back" but you can't because you're more concerned with what the reason could possibly be that her little brother is cleaning his gun while drinking a bottle of Jack.......

tonight, as a special bonus there will be netmeets occuring every half hour between 12 and 2:30... those who truly care about the board and the DC scene in general will be at all six of the netmeets... the locations, however, are a closely guarded secret... Only the most hardcore of ravers know where all of them will be located... And we all know that if you're not hardcore, you don't care about the scene... so we don't want you at those meets anyhow...

(of course, I loathe the term "raver" which means I must not be hardcore and wouldn't know about all these netmeets if they were actually happening.. so the odds are likely that I'm talking out of my ass)
