welcome. so far you seem like a decent person and you haven't made any stupid or assonine posts yet, so you've gotta be pretty alright.

Thanks for the great welcome everyone! I have to admit that I am really impressed with the vibe out here. Chicago is mostly just a bunch of really plastic people strikin a pose and the vibe... well isn't much of a vibe. In fact I haven't felt this kind of vibe since leaving Florida many many moons ago.
-sighs in remembrance of the good ole days-
And as far as asonine posts... I prefer to make an ass of myself in public, it is far more humiliating that way. Don't you wish you could backspace in real time?

Music wise Chicago is great, alot of good dj's including bad boy bill, dj funk, dj psycho bitch, dj irene, but the scene is full of beautiful people who don't really get the scene and gang bangers.

I backspace all the time, with my time machine of course. DC has one of the coolest scenes I've ever been in, if you just over look the punkass guidos and hoochie mama turboclubsluts.

By the way, my name is Christian. I made my username because the folks I met at Roar kept calling me that and I wanted to be recognizable to them. My email addy on friendster is pixelfreak@punkass.com, as I said I am new here and don't really know anyone outside of my roommate and his girlfriend so feel free to add me and drop me a line. I can always use some new friends.

One of my Army officers, Lt. Osozky, was from Chicago. He caught us turning an unused storage closet into a nightclub (we even had a Radio Shack spinning police light and a strobe) and the first thing he said was, "How much you chargin' to get in this thing?"
I like Chicago. You guys have a rockin' musical named after your town, and welcome to the board.
