heiko laux and most of the more recent stuff on kanzleramt, norken, really anything with a really atmospheric dreamy vibe, octex, deep techno i d say is almost on a minimal tip but not quite
it has a little more to it

check out the new alexander kowalski and heiko laux albums due out this month and next month those guys never quit, also the Diego -instant reality is a nasty nasty album

IMO all the basic channel records are..
