Due to the large volume of events happening in and around the DC area we have had to revise our rules regarding the posting of line ups for non buzz events. The new rules are as follows:

1. Line up threads may only be posted in the appropriate un buzz event forum.

2. Line ups are no longer allowed in ANY of the musica forums, unless the party/djs playing are buzz.board.moderators.

3. Please do not multiple post line ups. One line up thread per event only.

4. All thread titles must be in the following format: date/event name/ headliner THE DATE SHOULD BE IN NUMBER FORMAT. If you have no headliner, leave that part blank or put (no headliner)

example: 7/4 - Firecracker - Sander Kleinenberg, Aphrodite, Feelgood, Scott Henry

Do not put your full lineup in the title or it will be deleted. Any line up threads found outside the appropriate forum will be deleted. Any thread that does not follow the format will be deleted. Repeat offenders will have ALL of their threads removed.

many thanx, happy posting and good luck with your events!

Info regarding pictures, guest lists, feedback, etc. should go in the original event thread, or you may create a new thread in Things and Stuff.

If it is a NEW WEEKLY party, please use the following convention:

[month] ([day] WEEKLY) - [Party Name] [Location] - Upcoming Headliners

so, for example, if you are running a thursday party named ALIAS, and it runs weekly and you want to post the lineups for August:

AUGUST (Thursday WEEKLY) - ALIAS@Nation - Moving Fusion, Andy C, John Tab

Ladies and Gentlemen.

Please follow format guidelines that are explained in great detail in the initial post, as I will be deleting any threads that do not follow them.

Also, if you have your personal settings configured to not recieve PM's then you will not be notified when I delete your thread.

PROMOTERS

The date needs to be the first thing in the thread title

Acceptable: 12/18 Sat

Not Acceptable: Sat 12/18

I've been nice and correcting it but from this moment on I'm just going to delete the thread.
