Hello Everyone,

I am Evan Graham, aka The Real Djx. I was born in
Washington DC and adopted at 2 years of age. I
was raised in Potomac, Md and started djing and
mixing at age 7 when my father bought me my first
turntable and tape deck. By age 12 I started
playing guitar and recording. My first band was
called The Mix.

In 1987, The Mix won "Best Washington Area Pop
Band" sponsored by Woodworth and Lothrop and
Q107 FM. The band won a small recording contract
in Toronto, Canada at Sounds Interchange Limited
where artists such as U2 and Rod Stewart have
recorded. I went to Walter Johnson high school
were Brian Transeau the artist know as BT and i
did a gig.I won the show but he was hot. The
following few years I played in other bands:
Erection and Crush TA, where we played the East
Coast circuit (New York, VIrginia Beach,
Richmond, North Carolina, etc).

In 1993, I was called by Capitol EMI and asked to
record in a studio called Alleyways Studio in North
Hollywood Ca to audition for The Red Hot chilli
peppers.Playing with this band was someing i will
never forget.
At this time i am in negotiations with The
Washington Redskins for the song "War Path"and
playing gigs around town.keep checking for
updates.
