:woot: i got my shift covered at work for this night. i was gonna just come after work, but i'll take any excuse to not be stuck working on a monday night cause they SUCK.

i bring my small PA (2xbehringer passive 15 inch, two way) and the spot has a very small PA with a couple of soundtech stage wedge type thingys and a mobile multichannel amp...the room is very intimate, so the combo of the two PAs is more than adequate...we set-up two CDJ800 mk2 (mp3 compatible) and a numark three channel mixer (think rane empath light)...one stack is pointed right down the middle of the room and the other one is back to your left in the corner, angled for monitoring...trust me, this is adequate...bryant has techs if those are necessary, but we do not have a whole lot of room for laptops and the like, but meh, we can make it work if necessary...there is plenty of seating nearfield and farfield depending on how loud you want it in your ear...our bartender Ali is chill and into the music and always takes care of us as far as the drinky goes...i think that covers all the important points? :afterbuzz:
