1) None of my friends are going. If there were a fair amount of them going I might jump on the band wagon. The few that I do know going are going to spin.

2) I dont know what ticket prices are at the door but I need to buy 2 tix. Thats prob going to cost me over $100 for myself and my girl.

3) None of the artist really jump out at me. TeeBee is one I wanted to see but not for 100 bucks. Oh yeah.. and Uberzone.

4) Im kinda done with Grimey Massives. I much prefer chilling with all my CLOSE friends at a bar or smal club. I no longer care about befriending 6million party kids

5) I can hit up Destruction for $0 and get a case of Natty Boh for $10. I'll be drunk dont you worry.

6) Im supporting my friends monthly.

Shorty's has always been open the same night at Starscape because in addition to all the people on here that will be there, we actually have :gasp: non ravers that will be there who wouldn't go to Starscape even if we were closed so why would we?

It's all about choices which everyone has the right to make their own. Some will choose to go to Shorty's, some will choose to go to Starscape, some will choose to stay home & spin records with friends.

I think it's just kind of pointless to come into a thread about another party & tell everyone they should cancel it to go somewhere else, no matter where you're suggesting they go. Considering we close at 2am, there's still time for those that want to, to make it to Starscape for the last 4 hours & we all know that too.

I think it's just kind of pointless to come into a thread about another party & tell everyone they should cancel it to go somewhere else, no matter where you're suggesting they go. Considering we close at 2am, there's still time for those that want to, to make it to Starscape for the last 4 hours & we all know that too.

great night. cool, diverse musical selection served up by the DJs. was good catching up with the usual suspects, and very nice to meet ilya, craig, and jon from the boards.

same tenant upstairs for awhile now. I'll be moving in when his lease is up.. a couple of months.

I haven't seen/heard anything ghostlike yet but one of the guys (forget who now) told me there's rumor of one. I wouldn't be surprised. It's an old building and a lot of the places in Fells have them, why not in Canton too? :D
