95 south. Take boulevard exit. go through about 3-4 lights and take a left on Broad st. Go to 5th st (or the next available Right turn after 4th st.) take a right. Then take another right on Grace st. It is between 4th and 3rd on the right. You will see an ugly red Iszuzu Rodeo parked out front. I PM'd my number to you.

2: Take the I-64 E exit, EXIT 75, toward WILLIAMSBURG/ NORFOLK.
3: Take the 3RD STREET exit toward COLISEUM/ DOWNTOWN.
4: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N 3RD ST.
5: Turn LEFT onto E MARSHALL ST.
6: Turn RIGHT onto N 5TH ST.
7: Turn RIGHT onto E GRACE ST.
8: End at 308 E Grace St Richmond, VA 23219-1718 Map
