Come party with District Ignition as the one and only <strong>EDDIE HALLIWELL</strong> comes to IBIZA Nightclub!<br /><br /><p><a href="mailto:glowlist@districtignition.com"><img src="http://www.districtignition.com/c/di/img/2007.12.15_glow.jpg" border="0" /></a></p><br /><strong>What You Need To Do (the short version):</strong><br /><br />1. To sign up for the guest list, email <a href="mailto:glowlist@districtignition.com">glowlist@districtignition.com</a> with your name and the names of any of your friends that you would like to hook up with reduced entry NO LATER THAN 8PM ON SATURDAY. <strong>FIRST AND LAST NAMES PLEASE!</strong> We will accept "plusses" but bear in mind that all of these folks must show up with you at the door, otherwise, they'll have to stand in the long line, and they'll have to pay full price.<br />2. Show up no later than <strong>10:30PM</strong> to ensure you'll have enough time to find parking and walk your happy ass to the short line so that we can get you in for $10 off prior to 11PM.<br /><br />3. Do not wear shorts, flip flops, sports jerseys, hats, timberlands, white sneakers, overly baggy gear, etc. If you aren't in compliance with the dress code outlined below, odds are, you won't get in, and there is absolutely nothing we can do to help you.<br /><br /><strong>What You Need to Do (the longish version):</strong><br /><br />When you arrive at the club, talk to the clipboard girl (or guy) and tell them that you're on the District Ignition List. The guest list line is on the SOUTH side of the building, so if you're facing the club, head to the LEFT side of the building and get into the line that runs parallel to Patterson. You'll get in for $10 off until <b>11PM</b>. Make sure you're there on time if you want the full discount. After 11PM, you'll still get in for $5 off (taking it down to $20), though, so not all is lost... Since we'll be working the lines outside, we'll be able to verify that you're on the list and hand you your reduced pass before you even get through security. So, even if you get in line a little on the late side and security is really slow, you won't get screwed at the door by making it to the ticket window at 11:05. Don't wanna wait in the line? Don't! The DI Guest List means you'll be able to skip straight to the "cuts" line that is always much, much shorter than the general admission line.<br /><br />For now, this list is separate and distinct from our normal DI list that you may have signed up for to go to SNATCH or FUSION, so the way to to get access is to email<br /><br /><font size="6"><strong><a href="mailto:glowlist@districtignition.com">glowlist@districtignition.com</a></strong></font><br /><br />You should receive a confirmation email back within a few hours of your submission to the list. If you don't, please hit Jason (ramz) up via AIM (ramseyja13) or get him a message somehow (PM, etc)... We have had a few instances with some email providers (AOL in particular) marking districtignition.com email as spam, so you might have gotten the confirmation back sitting in your junk box... what can i say sometimes Im a little too booked for my own good- thats why i try not to make plans ahead of time so i dont feel obligated to one person or feel bad if i have to "choose" over someone :/ ARG! Eddie was amazing at Buzz, even though the turnout sucked that night, he brought all the same energy. Also, he's a really nice kid. Totally down to earth.

yeah wow...i had a chance to stand up behind the booth for a little bit and lemme tell ya dood has some reeeeediculous skills with a mixer...he was hot cueing, scratching, and juggling at light speed...and knew his music so well that he could pick out individual elements to feature, almost without conscious thought, it seemed.

I knew I'd be able to get there that night because it was just raining (nasty, but no freezing rain.) I was a little concerned about the temperatures dropping and then driving home. It was so very worth it that we went out...and towards the end of the night they played The Sound of Goodbye and it just made the evening PERFECT!

i mean, the weather did suck arse and all that...stood out in it handing out flyers for a little bit, but luckily i was able to get an inside spot before I got too soaked...but hey Jason and Steve and Dain were out in the rain pretty much for the first half of the night and they didn't melt or freeze to death or get a run in their stockings or anything traumatic...

the general consensus: weather.com is 95% accurate in my experience, eddie halliwell is a stud, yes you missed a great show, yes you can make it up to everybody by coming to SNATCH this friday and GLOW on saturday...:woot:
