Help me choose my new shirt!!!

I'm using my $10 gift certificate for Victoria's Secret today and I'm having trouble deciding which one of these I want. I'm going to Vegas in December and I would like to have something nice to wear out.

Opinions?

Shirt 1: slimming technology/will cost 9.99 after certificate/would be getting in chocolate
